Add flavor to your kitchen and pottery repertoire with these specialized fermentation jars. Learn how to make a kombucha brewing vessel; a countertop container for compost scraps (a different type of ferment!?); and a sauerkraut crock. These functional jars will be constructed with multiple thrown and hand-built parts. You’ll be guided through the process with demos and even fermented foods and recipes (free kombucha starters for all!). Find the “fun” in “functional”!
